Well, we offer bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax services in the United States and Canada with actual bookkeepers.
Is the service available 365 days a year?
Yes, the service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. With everything done online, you do not need to worry about getting stuck in traffic and visiting an office.
Is it easy to register?
Registration is very easy as 1, 2, 3. Choosing the best plan for you is the first step, and we begin working on your case right away.
What plans are they available?
Well, we have three (3) plans available. One for Bookkeeping (monthly, quarterly, semiannually, annually), the other for Payroll, and the last one for Sales Taxes.
What are the fees associated with a service?
Well, the fee structure is quite simple. We work with a flat rate fee of $25 per hour. You only pay for what you requested. No hidden fees. Pretty straightforward.
Can I pay by month?
Yes, you can pay monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. No commitments
Do I get any discounts for annual subscriptions?
Yes, you do. All our plans are designed to benefit individuals, small to medium-sized enterprises, and large corporations.
Can I cancel my subscriptions?
Unfortunately paid subscriptions cannot be canceled as you have already been assigned a bookkeeper who has worked on your books. You could transfer your remaining credits to a different service though.
Would it be possible to switch between services?
Yes, that would be possible taking into account that your assigned professional has not started working on your first request.
